Call multiple weeks with no one answering the telephone. Even had (main line) 1 800 number try and call them and they said they can’t get them to answer either. Asked for money from bank (coins) and was told they had to order them. Been almost a month and no one picks up phone. The purpose of banks is for money storage and distribution right? No wonder banks are closing all over. Building is nice, but employees are not friendly. They make it seem like it’s a hassle to provide services.

This bank has the rudest cashier in the world. Now I remember why I left them. I was making a deposit for my son. I will not do it for him anymore.

Amber( drive-thru) was unprofessional and rude. I am a repeat customer and she always seems to be in a bad mood. I don’t think she likes her job. Stephanie has been always nice and pleasant!!

Setting up my first Account and Robert Thomas was AMAZING and super helpful. Usually I have anxiety with these things but not today!! He told me everything step by step and answered all of my questions in a postive and understandable way. Super nice!!! Couldn't have went through the process any easier!! Made sure I got exactly what I wanted and listed all the pros and cons with everything. Overall an excellent visit.

Went to the bank took $300 cash try to deposit it into account tell her tells me we do not take cash you have to get a money order or a cashier's check what kind of s*** is it is this now the bank will be negative since I would not take my cash what would you do

Friendly!!I have several accounts here and every experience I’ve had with this bank has been positive. I’m glad to frequently see African American and Hispanic American customers at the bank suggesting that minorities in this community feel welcome.

They are horrible, and also racist. they deposited the same check twice in my account and blamed me for it as if i was working there and did the mistake, i've never seen such a racist manager. I recall her name was Wendy Readman. She gets in the middle of other people's problems and acts like she's the victim. Wells Fargo is just losing customers with her. She pretends like she cannot understand anyone who isn't white. No matter if they are fluent in english or not. She refused to help me or let anyone help me...

Terrible customer service. Rude, treat you like you work for them, and you are not the customer. Truly shocked by how I was treated today after they made an error and deposited a check, then said that they could not deposit it hours after leaving, but were very rude about it. Traveled all the way back in and ZERO apology. Treated very poorly. Will be traveling to Foley for all bank transactions moving forward, otherwise will remove my money from Wells to transfer to a different financial institution, which I know is a pain, but would be well worth it if that's the way they plan to do business here. Difficult to find hospitality these days.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the most inconvenient bank I’ve ever had to deal with. ATM is always broken, holds on every check and the people that work there are extremely rude. Do yourself a favor and use regions across the street!!!
