Mason was extremely helpfull. We had an issue with my daughters paycheck not clearing through mobile deposit. He fixed the problem and cashed the check for my daughter with no issues.

40 min wait for a scheduled appointment and then met with rude, defensive comment from some sort of manager when she asked me how long I had been waiting. Very strange. The lady who checked me in and person who eventually helped me (Brandon) were very nice and helpful, though.
