Customer service is obviously their strategy, and it shows. I had ordered a pair of sandals. Once they arrived and I tried them they were unfortunately too small. Upon emailing customer service, Jessica immediately, no questions asked, sent me another pair of sandals in the next size up with a return label and package. I was shocked! All I had to do was package the size too small and place it back in my mailbox. I had never experienced anything like it before. They went above and beyond and exceeded any expectations! They go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly.”

Clean, well organized, varied selections for men and women, and accessories from shoes to handbags made this place a nice way to take a break from the sun. At the time we visited, there were sales going on to make your finds even more affordable too. The staff was friendly. Also, the place offered dressing rooms to try on items before buying too.”

“Awesome surf shop with upper level and many different great choices of beachwear, drinks, souvenirs, exc... I have to say nicer than the ones I've been to in Myrtle beach. Had a great experience here looking at all the many things they have for sale, and on top was given a free beach bag upon checkout. Not sure what all the Negative reviews are for, it's not that bad.”
