They are honest, they don’t take advantage of you financially and they provide great work and service. Not much more you could ask for in this business in my opinion. The only negative if you call it that is I believe the owners are Alabama football fans. But hey, they don’t judge me so I don’t judge them.”

“Started my Monday morning off by my car not starting. Didn't even get out of the garage so thankfully I wasn't stranded on the side of the road. My husband remembered that Wilks has a roadside assistance service so I went to their website, sent a text to them and they messaged me back quickly and timely. I let them know it wasn't urgent and that I wasn't stranded. I told them I thought it was the battery so they gave me a guesstimate and based on the affordable price, I ask them to go ahead and send someone out. It was in fact our battery and they got me back up and going quickly. Their technician was great! I'm probably not spelling this correctly but I think his name was Moreno. He was professional, personal and efficient! The price for this service was very affordable and my guesstimate was given based on my location and what I thought the issue was. They had me fixed up in a few hours and my husband and I didn't have to do a single thing except open the garage door for him to get to the car! The entire process was SO EASY! I totally recommend them and will for sure use this service again in the future when/if needed! So glad we have something this affordable and easy in our area!”
