“I don’t have the words to express my appreciation and thankfulness for this wonderful company. I was having problems on my older Buick and my heater was not working. I made an appointment after reading a review that said they were honest and they lived up to everything that I could’ve expected and more thank you to the whole group down there they will be my go to instead of the big guys in the Future. If you’re looking for someplace, that is honest and dependable this should be your place. Thank you.”

“I called at 7:52 in desperate need of a part when they closed at 8. Tracy said sure, no problem, I’ll wait. Not only did her and Karson wait but she had both options on counter waiting for me and they were both super friendly. They didn’t act the least bit upset or put out. So crucial because I couldn’t miss work the next day. I’d drive from anywhere in Madison county for this store.”

“This is a great location and staff. Most of the time nowadays, you can only find parts based on the exact make and model, but as I'm doing an engine conversion on a Samurai, I had to be a little creative with running the cooling lines. DJ, the shift manager I believe, was very helpful in letting me go back and peruse the various molded hoses to find what I could make work.”

“Thank you Ryan, Keith, and Brian! You exemplified O'Reilly culture when my husband and I were in need! Not only that, but you saved us hundreds. You will continually have our business.”

“I pulled in with a flat. There were only two auto care workers, and their shifts were supposed to have already ended. Instead of leaving me stranded or telling me to come back another day, they stayed to fix my tire. It actually couldn't be patched, so the kind men had to put on a new tire. Bless them for their kindness and work ethic.”

“Although my car didn’t get serviced, I want to give a shout out to a technician. I was doing some shopping in Walmart with my infant and when we got back to my car, it wouldn’t start. I called Walmart automotive to see if they had a solution. JJ, a technician, came out to my car to give me a jump start. He made my baby smile by doing a silly voice, and JJ said that was the highlight of his day. We were able to get my car started after a few attempts! We need more people in the world like JJ; willing to help, and save the day from melted ice cream and assist a stranded mother and child in the parking lot. I hope JJ gets the recognition he deserves as a devoted employee and awesome person. Thank you sir. You made my day!”
