“One of the best Dollar Trees in Huntsville. I've found items I've never seen in others, the worker there was super friendly and kind. Very organized, no stocking boxes anywhere, shelves are organized and super easy to find things. 11/10 will return.”

“I like the way they. Are making tuna fish now. In a can or a pouch with extra virgin olive oil with dried tomatoes. I was glad this Dollar general had the pouch as very good for eating on the run and enjoying this healthy light lunch that fills your appetite until dinner time. Nice convenient store...saves trip to Walmart.”
“Such a much needed and welcome addition! I’ve lived downtown for 7 years and it is so convenient to walk a couple blocks for practically anything you need. The addition of produce and more grocery items is great, it’s clean, it obviously has more staff than the others nearby, and they’re all friendly and helpful!”

“Just wanted to say the store is looking better than it ever has. Things are more stocked now. Management is doing a great job. The cashiers are better and very helpful the one guy, Joey that works during the day is very friendly always asking how my day is going and when leaving he always says have a great day. He is always smiling when he is greeting customers coming in the door. I hope he is recognized for his exceptional customer service.”
“This is the best Dollar Tree in the HSV area. Always well stocked, organized, and clean. Other stores have empty shelves and boxes waiting to be unpacked crowding the aisles. Not here. You can tell they take pride in their store. You can usually find things here that are seen on the website that many other stores don't carry. Staff is very friendly, too!”

“The New Hope store is the best by far I have been to. It is my go to store. The shelves are stocked, and employees are always ready to check you out. I don't think I've ever waited for someone to come to the front, which is the case in most of the other DG'S.”

“I go here quite a bit since I live across the street. Today had to grab a few things and I overheard the manager talking to the pretty, dark haired woman (I didn't get her name) about an employee no call no showing... Growing up in retail I know that can ruin a shift, but she still treated every customer with a great attitude and was very professional. Ever since she has started, she has been my favorite employee to see when I go in. Don is lucky to have her at his store.”

“Probably the best selection of the dollar stores within a five mile radius. The shelves here seem to be a little better stocked than others nearby. A little larger than the other nearby Dollar General stores. Relatively clean store with friendly associates.”

“I have to say that I had the most wonderful experience of genuine kindness thanks to the manager Breana! I came in at the last minute looking for cancer awareness pink lapel pins for a charity event. I had been to probably 15 different stores, no luck. I came here and asked Breana if they had anything. She said, "unfortunately, no." But then she said, "We do have some of our pins for employees and I think I might have an extra." I said, "I actually need 4 of them." She went into her office and brought me 4 pins! She didn't charge me for them. She genuinely saw how stressed and worried I was and went out of her way to help me! We don't know each other. I had never met Breana before in my life. But she's the kind of person who is willing to help the people who come through their door, regardless of their needs. That is why I will continue to go here. I could not be more grateful for her kindness.”
