“I was having issues with my truck shaking at certain times. I brought it here and they were not certain that it was the transmission acting up. They didn't want me spend money on the repair unnecessarily, which is rather refreshing. After I looked into it more, I was willing to risk getting the transmission rebuilt. All the research I had done was pointing to the torque converter. After they rebuilt it and put in a different torque converter, the shaking was gone and so were any of the occasional rough shifts I would experience. It came with a 1 year warranty. I would certainly reccomend Joe Caretti Auto Service.”
