“I called Suburban Propane to fill my tank and service my fireplace. Luke, the technician, informed me that the that another company installed the tank and that he couldn't service it unless I owned it. He gave me the number of the original installer and their phone number. I don't own the tank and will use the original installer, but do appreciate Luke's helpful and professional manner. and regret that I cannot further utilize Suburban Propane's services as originally planned. The front office staff were equally helpful and professional. Based on my experience, I would recommend Suburban Propane to anyone.”
