“I can’t say enough good things about these guys. I broke down on the interstate and managed to ease my way off the Hartselle exit. Sammy’s arrived much faster than I expected and the driver, Jordan, was super accommodating and friendly on the ride to the transmission shop. I’ve had a bad experience with a towing company in the past, so I was nervous…. But Sammy’s exceeded my expectations ! Jordan made sure I was able to get all of my stuff and felt comfortable. I would not hesitate to put my child or Mom in the truck with him. It’s never fun to break down, but these guys helped keep the day from being really bad. Thank you !”

River City Towing showed concern and compassion. The owner understood the stress and anxiety of the situation and had his driver to hurry to get there to help me. The driver was EXTREMELY cautious in his approach to remove my car from the hole my tire was stuck in.He got my car out without damage.After calling several other companies and hearing that it would be an hour before anyone could help me it was such a relief to hear “yes ma’am, someone is on their way”.
