Alex took care of us and she was so sweet, helped us with changing over from a different provider, and was so patient. We were with her for four hours straight and she was always attentive and apologetic for the time it took to commit to the changeover.

The young lady that worked today was exceptional! Went out of her way to help me get my mom's cell phone replaced. That being said ..Verizon customer service line is an absolute joke. Spent 3 weeks , 2 phones ordered then cancelled unbeknownst to me..phones just didn't show up.
