Shout out to Tanya. Yesterday I visited T-Mobile, because I was having difficulty geting my free add-ons to work properly. Tanya helped me out with it and she was successful in getting two of the three add-ons working properly. She worked on my phone for about twenty minutes fixing the problem. Still, I am having difficulty getting the apple + to work at all and it is definately an Apple + issue according to their membership dept.”
