Kathleen G. was the best help today! She handled every customer in a timely manner, was personable, and patient while simultaneously onboarding newer employees. I came in with a list of 6 tasks to be completed, and left with a resolution to each task.

I would give a 10 if a option. Kathleen G. was so wonderful helping me March 16. 2024. I was having problems with a new setup granddaughter ordered online for me. She fixed all my issues with such patience with me and my total loss of hearing. Kathleen went way beyond, due to health issues she even move a chair for me to sit down.. Thank you again Kathleen for ALL you did!!

Erin was terrific. My wife and I had a bad experience at the Decatur location. So we drove to the hartselle location and are very thankful we did. I would recommend Erin and this location to anyone.
