I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at the AutoZone in Harvest. I stopped in today because my check engine light came on, and I was feeling stressed and unsure about what was going on with my vehicle. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, patience, and genuine care.
They ran the code for me right away, and the night manager, Brandon, went above and beyond by offering to come outside and actually listen to what my car was doing. Not only did he explain the code clearly, but he also quickly identified the real issue — including a problem caused by an improper job from a recent express oil change.
I even had an appointment scheduled with a mechanic for tomorrow, expecting a costly repair. Thanks to the manager’s knowledge and willingness to help, I now know that this “problem” isn’t even really a problem at all — and he probably saved me hundreds of dollars. He gave me a simple, honest solution and peace of mind, which means more than I can express. Express oil, however, will probably hate to see me coming tomorrow ?.
Every single staff member was friendly, professional, and truly cared about helping me, not just making a sale. It’s rare these days to find customer service like this.
