Not only did he offer his services, he waited while I went to the store to get the correct cable AND charged a very VERY low fee. He was way cool and drove a sweet 1980 Ford. Nicest dude ever.”

She did a quick computer check and told me there would be no charge today because my old battery was under warranty.
