I will say I have never looked back to any other car wash since becoming a “works” wash member back in November of last year.
Every time I arrive it a smooth breeze in the mobile app/ member lane. This is super convenient opposed to the teller window, especially when you know what you are already on your way in for!

“Pretty clean, well lit, every setting seemed to work except the spot free rinse, but I'm sure that can be difficult to keep up with checking the filter or whatever constantly. I only had a $20 bill but the middle change machine accepts them. When putting in quarters, I wanted to load a few extra minutes, I was there alone, I usually to to these 1am-3am. But it counted down as I put the quarters in to add more time! Maybe give 'start' button that lets you put up to a certain limit of quarters before it starts the timer”

“Excellent customer service today from the entire staff: Ryan, David, and Josh. I came just to run my car through the car wash and to wipe it down. I suffer from degenerative discs in my lower back so I have to wait for a day with energy for a project like this. Ran my car through and it looked great. I decided I would wipe everything down inside and when I went from one door to the other, my door was locked and I was locked out. Walking and standing up is not something I can do for more than a few minutes. Ryan, David, and Josh Came to my rescue. They brought out a chair for me to sit into and let me use one of their cell phones to try to get a message to either AAA or my son. Since the door was cracked, there was a space so they worked their magic and was able to open the driver side door for me. It would've been just so easy to not help but to be taken care of with respect and with smiles is amazing in my book. They will be my go to car wash and I will brag about them any chance I get. Thanks, guys!”

“I paid for a touchless car wash, but it was NOT touchless. I will not use the automatic bay ever again at this car wash. The self service bays are great, though.
Edit: I did return to the car wash twice, since the owner replied. I didn’t accept the free wash as I wanted my review to be free of that natural bias that you get from kind gestures.
Each time I’ve been through after the initial wash, it indeed has been touchless. It’s my go to car wash now when in need of a quick maintenance wash.”
“Great people. Good food. Small town vibe. Yeah it’s a gas station but it’s a local place where they know regulars by name. I like giving my business to the people who own it (plus if you’re lucky the owner has a beautiful parakeet bird that sits on his shoulder greeting customers).”
“Good quality wash. No need to spend tge extra $ for the high end wash. The tire shine just makes tires look greasey and causes your wheels and wheel covers to collect dust exsteemly fast.”
“I've never had an issue here. It seems to work well, although it doesn't do as well as a hand wash.The vacuums are fine. They provide a cleaning solution and rags for use. Overall, I'm satisfied with the wash and amenities.”
