“I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Watercress! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They make sure to really scrub your car before even entering the wash, ensuring that your car comes out sparkling every time!
I was a little skeptical about the cleaning supplies as it seemed a little lackluster, but I can confidently say they have all the things necessary to get your interior top notch. My favorite feature is probably the mat cleaner, which includes a water feature for weather teach mats. I also love the design of the vacuums; they are tapered at the end making it easy to get in those hard to reach spots.
All in all, it is a great car wash and I am definitely going to be a repeat customer!”

“Still love this car wash! It’s been one of the best ever since it opened! Love the multiple locations as well. I’ve gotten to know the employees here at this location on university and they always do a great job. There’s a guy in the detailing side named David Jones and if he wipes down your car down before it goes to the detailer, he’s A+! He takes extra time to get it really dry all over and gets all the hard to gets areas like mirrors, door handles and back of vehicle which is really appreciated. Thank you for going over and above every time I come David!
Would love to add that I just came again today and Andrew the site manager did my wipe down before my polish and he always goes way over and above. I’m just very grateful for the hard workers that you guys here! Great job everyone and the main reason you guys remain the best car wash in North Alabama!”

“Pretty clean, well lit, every setting seemed to work except the spot free rinse, but I'm sure that can be difficult to keep up with checking the filter or whatever constantly. I only had a $20 bill but the middle change machine accepts them. When putting in quarters, I wanted to load a few extra minutes, I was there alone, I usually to to these 1am-3am. But it counted down as I put the quarters in to add more time! Maybe give 'start' button that lets you put up to a certain limit of quarters before it starts the timer”

“I don’t know why some other people rated this car wash low. Susan seems like somebody that would send their steak back three times. This car wash was great. I’m from out of town and stopped to clean up one of my vehicles. Everything worked as is should. I used the card readers and they worked perfectly every time. I thought the place was nice and clean. I wish we had a car wash this nice where I’m from.”

“I paid for a touchless car wash, but it was NOT touchless. I will not use the automatic bay ever again at this car wash. The self service bays are great, though.
Edit: I did return to the car wash twice, since the owner replied. I didn’t accept the free wash as I wanted my review to be free of that natural bias that you get from kind gestures.
Each time I’ve been through after the initial wash, it indeed has been touchless. It’s my go to car wash now when in need of a quick maintenance wash.”
