When I went I spoke with Matt and he was very knowledgeable about the watches and answered all of my questions regarding the movements and materials in the watches I was looking at. “I trust this business with my ring & diamonds!!! Jacob did an amazing job! I felt claustrophobic, with my ring on during my pregnancy, and after 2 months of enjoying motherhood, I was finally able to get my rings off, and I had it resized from a 5 to 5.5. The center middle prong was replaced and my diamond gem reset. If I had of sent my ring off to Reeds jewelry, it would have been almost a month before I would get my ring back vs. 7 day TAT (turn around time) Don’t be afraid to support local businesses in your area! Jacob has the hands of angel and I can’t stop looking at my hand and ring, my diamonds are eye blinding it sparkles ✨ so much! This is my fourth time bringing my jewelry to this business! Ask for Jacob, you won’t be disappointed! I promise you and I’m someone that’s human and has human emotions, and I’m not easily impressed, the older I get, unless someone proves their value and worth to me. Jacob even called and checked in with me on the status of my ring more then once and held my 2 month old while I was looking at my diamonds, the day the work was done.
