“Felicia at the Hazel Green AT&T store was fantastic! She was very helpful, knowledgeable and great to do business with. We enjoyed meeting her and she made the process of upgrading to a new phone super easy! AT&T needs more employees like her! We will continue to do business there because of Felicia.”
“I’m so happy with going from Verizon to At&T. I was paying Verizon $275 monthly and was 20 years with them and now I’m pay $130 with AT&T.! I am really glad Clayton the store manager helped me!! He is very kind!”
“Angelo at the Winchester Road location was extremely helpful getting our new phones set up and activated. He even took the time to send my 2 kids theirs phones who are away in college and arranged for the returns of their old phones. He went above and beyond for customer satisfaction.”

“Drove an hour and a half after just a phone call with Mr. Terry. I was looking to trade in my clubs and upgrade. When I got there Mr. Terry spoke to me like we had know each other 50 years! He took his time and got me fitted into a custom set of irons. He valued my opinion and listened to all of my thoughts about my swing and took into account everything I told him and wrote it into my fitting. He was not in a hurry trying to get me into something and get me out the door. He talked shop with me, let me hit demos, and he made sure I felt at home. I could not be more pleased with my experience. T’s definitely has gained a life long customer!!”
