“Went to upgrade my phone and the staff was amazing. I had to wait for the update and blah blah blah, but that time went fast because the staff were all interacting with the customers and had a great vibe in the building. An older gentleman came in and the way the young lady handled him warmed my heart, some reps may have tried to up sale him into spending 350$ to get another phone. Turns out all he needed was a new power cord and box. She also cleared all his pop ups he left only spending 16$. The whole crew rocked, I know going to get a new phone is U.N.P. R.E.D.I.C.T.A.B.L.E :-) but this staff made my visit to get a phone a great experience that I usually dread.”

“I had a wonderful experience getting my iPhone 14 Pro Max back glass replaced. My phone was in terrible condition and had pieces of the glass falling off. The gentleman there greeted me, gave me a verbal quote, and told me to come back at 5. He even helped me while the wifi was down and hand wrote my information for the order. My phone is in much better shape and damn near factory new for $140 out the door. Thank you so much!”

“In the last couple of years the cellphone doctor on Jordan ln is a great place to he know what he is doing it take some time for him to figure out the issues with the phone and take him a couple of day to fix the phone but he know what he doing I read few of these comments from the past sing like some of these customers don't have the patience and time to wait on him to figure out the issue so he can fix the issue on phones I took my phone up there last year and had a cracked screen and a motherboard crash it took him one or two days to fix my phone just recently 3 days ago you just fixed my girl's phone it only cost $30 for my phone somewhere around 100 to 120 Regional in fairprice because somebody's phone parts cost a lot of money sawdust time and labor so he gets a five star plus another 10 Stars for being a great an amazing phone doctor”
