“Went to upgrade my phone and the staff was amazing. I had to wait for the update and blah blah blah, but that time went fast because the staff were all interacting with the customers and had a great vibe in the building. An older gentleman came in and the way the young lady handled him warmed my heart, some reps may have tried to up sale him into spending 350$ to get another phone. Turns out all he needed was a new power cord and box. She also cleared all his pop ups he left only spending 16$. The whole crew rocked, I know going to get a new phone is U.N.P. R.E.D.I.C.T.A.B.L.E :-) but this staff made my visit to get a phone a great experience that I usually dread.”

“Above and beyond. Most people asked 200-300 dollars, they asked 70. Most people wouldn't touch my phone or have my part, they ordered it BEFORE I even put any money down. They wouldn't let me pay until it worked, I TRIED to prepay. I expected I'd have to come back another day, they said it would be an hour.
