“This was my first time going to Interstate. I called beforehand to see if they would take my old battery and potentially replace the battery in my vehicle, as well. The two gentlemen at the store were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Such wholesome energy! While they were changing out my battery they noticed my positive terminal was shot (acid leaked out from my previous battery and damaged it) and they replaced it for free! The whole interaction took maybe 10 minutes, but their professionalism and kindness will stay with me forever. Thank you, guys. You have earned a customer for life!”
