“We drove to The Bottle Tree after work with 5 staff members, about 20 minute drive from South Dothan, we were in for a treat. We got there and I told the greeter we had driven all the way from Nebraska to dine with them tonight. Their response was "do you have reservations"?? They found a way to get us in to a mostly full restaurant. The owner came over and we chatted about Nebraska. She said her dad had went to University of Nebraska but finished in Florida. She said she was born in Lincoln. Well that gets you favored status I guess, the service was spectacular all evening. The restaurant has wall drawings of influential people that had helped them start the restaurant which was pretty cool. Most of us had the Snapper with some spicy macaroni that was simply to die for. We ate every bite. After dinner we order strawberry shortcake and Banana pudding. The shortcake was good but the banana pudding was not of this world it was so good. I will go back for the pudding alone !! Do not pass up a dining experience with this crew at this restaurant.”
