“I called them and asked if they could get a transmission . I was told they should be able to , and the fellow I spoke to , asked me several questions about the one that I have , such as if it's in the truck I said yes Sir . He then asked if could drive it I said yes sir , I don't remember all of the questions but he was really nice and polite really professional like . He did tell me that they wanted to check the transmission out for themselves to see what was going on with it . Wanted me to bring it to them that day but I couldn't I had other things going on .”
“From Florida. Was working in Dothan and got stuck there because my alternator. No problems! They replaced it and also towed me there too from the hotel. This was two years ago.
It’s covered under warranty and having someone check it out now, one of my batteries I got installed somewhere else was placed in weird and I think cause issues with alternator.
I lost my receipt and I just called Jim Whaleys and they’re emailing it so I can still use my warranty.
My past experience shows that companies are typically reluctant to issue new receipts for warranties. Paxton happily sent it with great attitude. Thank you!”

“I wrecked my semi truck and was stuck at their yard for 3 days and they were the nicest most hardworking people I ever met they let me use their facilities anytime of the day they sent guys to check on me periodically they gave me rides if I needed one they were the most professional group of people and I would recommend them to anyone in the area they truly are in a league of their own in the best possible way”
