“Something in the road caused me a flat tire and I didn’t have a spare. Kevin Goodyear Towing was able to tow me within a half hour and deliver me and my car to the tire shop. The two gentlemen that helped me were so kind and worked fast. Great service. SO grateful for their help on a hot day stranded 15 miles outside of Dothan.”

“This morning I awoke to a flat tire. I almost panic with the rain, and I felt like I would be given the run about getting someone to come fix it. Needless to say, I didn't even get your name, Sir.
In the Rain this Nice Gentleman from Race Towing Service Came In The Rain, Worked In The Rain And Gotten My Tire Changed. He Showed No Grudge About What He Was Here To Do. Politely, Courtesy And A Smile. He Changed My Tire.
Blessings On Blessings to You And Your Operations.
Thank you for your time and response.
Cynthia”
“I called them and asked if they could get a transmission . I was told they should be able to , and the fellow I spoke to , asked me several questions about the one that I have , such as if it's in the truck I said yes Sir . He then asked if could drive it I said yes sir , I don't remember all of the questions but he was really nice and polite really professional like . He did tell me that they wanted to check the transmission out for themselves to see what was going on with it . Wanted me to bring it to them that day but I couldn't I had other things going on .”

“Had my car break down on the road, but safely had it pushed to a parking lot. My insurance requested roadside assistance from Pinky’s and they called and made sure I was there. She was able to get me towed to their auto body shop and get a diagnostics check so I can find out what was wrong with my car. They even did an oil change at my request, no problem at all. I really appreciate them helping me and being patient. They towed me home and made sure the car was in a safe spot where it was dropped off at my apartment complex. Even made sure that my car was parked backed in so if I ever need to get a jump or change my battery I can get to it.”
