“Made decision 2 yrs ago to move my medications to Cleburne pharmacy and I know made right choice in doing so.
Yes at peak hours/day the drive thru can be a moment. But the staff rallies, exhibits professional team work and gets the concept of efficient timely solution.
The staff may not know every answer , what they don't know they will ask. They will get you satisfaction. Yes they will have trouble pronouncing some meds, even customer's name, they may not know what the med is for, but remember they are in training. For every interaction with the staff, US as the customer has a chance to imprint these youngster's work ethics. Show them how to be polite, share knowledge , understand their importance & position in the work force, empower their successful decisions within your visit. Please don't be the customer in front of me who , (brings drama), you really can save it for your prayer.. ..
