“The owners are very informative and friendly...not just to make a sale either...they are knowledgeable about what they sell and know pricing for you if you are just "shopping around " for best price on same or similar products. They are "off the beaten path", but I wish I had gone there for making a purchase of a product they sell before we bought mine...just because it was closer to home...I won't make that mistake again...I will shop around, get prices THEN goto them, and I'm 99% positive that I will make my next purchase at their store and I have their card and I will recommend them from now on to everyone that is wanting to purchase products from them!!!!! It's WORTH the trip !!!!!”

“Excellent customer service. I ordered two woodhaven diaphragm calls from Bass Pro, and the calls were not of the same quality as woodhaven calls I have purchased in the past. I contacted woodhaven and Robin responded immediately. She had the calls headed my way. The calls were delivered to my house (according to the tracking information), but I never received them. I contacted Robin again, and she had additional calls shipped that same day. I received these calls, and they sound great! Very refreshing to deal with such great customer service. Lord willing, I'll be able to continue to order calls from woodhaven in the future.”
