βAlways have a surplus of goods. Though I wish the Clothes area was a little more organized. Prices are definatly cheaper than Walmart, some by alot, some not so much.
One thing is make sure you sign up for the rewards(free) you get emails on wgat products they recently bought out , almost allowing you first pick on some of the goods.β
βIt is worth it to sign up for their customer card, you get frequent coupons with purchase. It takes a bit of time to get through the clothes. racks but it is worth it, the prices are great.β

βI've only shopped there 3 times, each time for art supplies for myself and grandaughter. Sketching pads and drawing pens and pencils. The quality is good and the price is, yeah! Good. I'm definitely going back when I need to restock my art supplies.β
βNew Manager. Clean organized store. Friendly staff. Employees actually working the registers. Big difference since the last time I visited this store. Major improvements. Customer Service is huge if you want my business. I appreciate the changes.

βKikstart is awesome! They have a lot of items that are heavily discounted. There are household items such as lamps and bedsheets, personal care items such as soap and toothpaste, and much more!
There is also a food bank. They give you a bread, a dessert, and a shopping bag of meats and frozen items! They run the food pantry starting at 9am, however there was a big line so I would come between 8 and 8:30 to get in line. Food pantry is on Tuesday and Thursday mornings every week. You can get a bread and a sweet every day though!

βI think there should seriously rename the place went in to get two helium balloons and a pack of candy 5.35!!! That is not a dollar or 1.25 even balloon was 2.00 each!! And other things were priced 5.00 and 3.50!! Just change the name! Long lines as usualβ
βI have been going to this store for the last 5 years. Over the last year I can tell that they have a new manager/ staff. The store is always organized and you never see tons of boxes setting unopened like it was before. GREAT JOB.β
βOh gosh, me and my daughter had the best experience. Sadie is the sweetest, played peekaboo with my daughter and even gave her a balloon. She was the absolute best!β
βWent there to get some baskets and I couldn't find the amount that I needed so I asked an employee and she was very helpful helping me look for them! She found 1 more of the one I needed. They didn't have all that I needed, but I appreciated her help looking for them!β

βRoss is kinda hit or miss. You can find alot great deals sometimes but the workers can be very nasty at times. The sign said that the opened at 9:30 a.m. The lady said we don't open until 10. I don't care what the sign says. I work here but I ain't the manager. Nasty.β
βThe employee named Eric here at this location gives GREAT customer service and has such GREAT patience with the customers. Also, the store manager Samantha is and has ALWAYS BEEN SO VERY SWEET & VERY VERY HARD WORKING and pretty much every employee here has a GREAT ATTITUDE & GIVES GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! KEEP UP THE WONDERFUL WORK!!β
βThis Dollar Tree is like a major department store and still has a great selection of Christmas boxes both shaped and foldable. Really pretty ones. I had back surgery and couldnβt really wrap very much presents and this help me so muchβ
βFriendly staff and decent selection. The cashier had about 9 customers in line and the manager, who was stocking in the back, did not come up to help her. Other than waiting in line for far too long, everything was fine.β
βHoover Location: Clean, shelves fully stocked, good lighting, employees nice. The employee gave me $10.00 to much in my change. I noticed when I returned to work. Soon after, I returned to the store and returned the $10.00 to the store employee...she was grateful.β
βI had never been to this Dollar General before, but I just needed one quick item so I ran in there and I noticed that the store was organized and well put together. There were quite a few people in there and my cashier Shenita was so helpful and sweet! What a breath of fresh air when customer service these days can be lacking. I will definitely shop here more!β

βThe young lady that assisted me was Brittany she is Kind Polite and VERY Knowledgeable but she is Also an EXTREMELY HARD WORKER this is the BEST this location has looked in YEARS. I canβt brag enough on the girls Brittney and Meredith they have improved this location tremendously- I live within a 1/2 mile from this location and up until 1 month ago I avoided this location simply because of the way it looked and smelled now itβs just bright and VIBRANT Good Job Girls and GREAT JOB Dollar General ! So thankful for a clean place to come and shop.β
βThe store was fine for a retailer during the holiday season. I wish that some of the aisle way weren't as crowded. No fault of the store as much as it is just a hazard waiting to happen. I enjoyed traveling the distance from my home to see one of my former employers do so well. Go check them out everyone; they are spot on with their inventory and customer service?β

βThis is the best Dollar general I have ever ever been in. It has a section that I've never seen in any other Dollar general. Such a high-end little area. I was so impressed with this Dollar general and I've been to lots of Dollar general and never been impressed. This was on another level this section that they have, actually the whole store is so organized and clean and nice and neat. It's amazing!β
