“Max welcomed us as we entered the door. His first question was how are y’all doing today? Introductions were made and We glanced around. Max started asking about what kind of mattress we were looking for and what price range? We said a good one at the least cost. He asked us what other brands we had looked at. We told him he was the first and that we were not shopping we were buying. We all laughed and he asked about how firm did we want. We both indicated firm and He took us to one and told us to lie down and check it out. After that we told him not quite as firm. He said okay let’s look at this one. We tried it out and decided this is the one. It will be delivered Friday. Great experience. We will send others to him when this subject comes up.”
