Bob is so personable and easy to work with. He even came in earlier then normal store hours for us to pickup the new chair as it worked with my husband's work schedule. He was also so kind to our children who came with us to pick up the new chair as well. Its so hard to find that level of customer service these days.”

“Furniture seems to be mid-range quality, but very affordable. I am very pleased with the recliner I bought, price an quality. It was damaged slightly in delivery, but they brought me a replacement chair the next day. All the employees are very nice and helpful.”
