“Sorry if this is long but these are very sweet people to work with. I rented a small unit for about a year and they really helped me in more ways you'd expect from a storage company. Jacob specifically is amazing because he never gave me a hard time when I was running late on a payment, always kept me updated on new info, and almost always answered the phone or called back. Not to mention they worked with MY schedule to where I could still access my unit after hours since I work and go to school. It made me a little sad to go but if I'm ever in the area again and need storage or a moving truck, I'm absolutely coming back to this place!!”

“These ladies here, are better than u haul ever thought about being. I was overjoyed at the condition of the truck! The price for goods ratio here is beyond any other moving company in the area. Which in my case is nothing but neighborhood u hauls that all pitiful in customer service and never have anything in their yard and always recommend that I take two hours out of my day to drive to Pelham, Al. I don't have time nor do I have the patience to drive to Pelham to deal with them to drive the truck back out to Chilton county. With these ladies they made the whole process a breeze and kept my comfortable through the whole process. I highly recommend their services!!!”
“My experience with U-Haul was great. I used the on line app to create an appointment and select my equipment and everything was ready when I arrived at the store. The store clerk was friendly and very efficient. She hooked the trailer to my pickup truck, connected the lighting cable checked to ensure that everything was in order and sent me on my way. When I arrived at my destination a young man met me, disconnected everything, told me that my receipt would be emailed and sent me on my way again. I have nothing but high praise for this U-Haul store”

“Excellent experience with this rental at this location. Completed the reservation and registration on line, including drivers license and method of payment, before showing up to the store. Vehicle was ready and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Same experience upon vehicle return, very fast and easy. Random charge for $2 showed up on my AMEX the next day, may have been nice to know what that was for, but no big deal. Overall I'd rent from there again for sure, couldn't have been more pleased with my experience.”
