“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Banfield, especially Dr. Alexandria Sheppard, vet tech Mari, and the rest of the amazing team — including Nia, Suzanne, Kaitlyn, Chara, and so many others whose names we don’t always catch but who always show us the same kindness and care. Every single person at this clinic has treated our family and our three fur babies — Sam (18 years old), Garth (10 years old), and Madison Elizabeth Taylor (estimated 10 years old) — with such genuine compassion and professionalism.
Sam and Garth have been with Banfield their whole lives, and Madison has been cared for here since we adopted her in 2017. Through every stage, Dr. Sheppard and Mari have gone above and beyond to make sure they receive the best care possible. Dr. Sheppard takes the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, which helps my husband and me feel confident about each step of their care.
Mari is amazing — warm, kind, and attentive in a way that puts both pets and people at ease. Nia, Suzanne, Kaitlyn, and Chara are always welcoming, supportive, and thoughtful, and the rest of the staff is consistently just as wonderful. It truly feels like our pets are in the best hands with the whole Banfield team.
