“Love this store!! The manager is the absolute best. She's ALWAYS so eager to help a customer out. The store is one of the best stocked and the cleanest one I've been to. The staff is always stocking and restocking the shelves whenever I'm in there. I would recommend this Dollar General out of all others in the surrounding Henagar area!!”

“Everything is good as far as the staff and the selection of items. The only problem is the building design itself. The entrance can be annoying when using a shopping cart because of the area carts are kept has limited space and doesn't have automatic sliding doors like most other Dollar General stores and they are kept right inside between 2 swinging doors, which can make it difficult to maneuver getting a cart to use, getting in and out, and returning the cart. Other than that it's great. Considering it is the oldest Dollar General in the area and surrounding towns and cities though, the entrance situation isn't as bothersome as it would be if it were one of the numerous Dollar Generals that have popped up all over the place.”
“I appreciate this Dollar General. It’s on the eastbound side of the road and makes stopping easy after a long day at work. It’s small and convenient. It is mostly well stocked. The store is actually fairly navigable, which is almost not the case for other Dollar Generals. I can find what I need, get in, and get out. I would appreciate it if you opened the self-checkout. What’s the point of installing it if you never have it open? I stop here after work and don’t want to interact with people. I’m peopled out, so talking to the cashier is the last thing I want to do. I’m grumpy; it’s nothing to do with the employees. The parking lot is well maintained as well.”
“This is my favorite dollar tree in the area. They are always nice, and the store is always either well stocked or they are working hard to stock it back up. Today, I had an online order to pick up and even though the MOD didn't know exactly what to do, she made sure to find out and was able to help me in the end. It sucks to have to figure something out on the fly and she was super nice while doing it. I felt bad having to take her away from stocking bc she had SO much to do, but i appreciated her time and energy. Thank you, Monica, for being so kind and helpful! Now if only Dollar Tree would stop being so greedy and staff their stores adequately... this store does a remarkable job regardless.”
“Dollar General in Sylvania is always great. Very friendly people always willing to help. Store is clean with nothing blocking the aisles. Some issues with out of stock items but it's the same as every where else currently.”
“I love my dollar general store, the only thing I do not like & why I gave a 4 star is bcuz they don’t stock their shelves very well & are out of a lot of things I usually buy so it puts me to going to San other store z& I have to walk to my places so once I walk 4 miles to the store & 4 miles bk, the other store is 5 miles one so it’s hard to do that in a days timing & me getting old & cold weather stops that a lot. Need delivery better. Bcuz door dash sucks iur here in country. If h get order ur doing great. The 3rd key girl that works there at FlatRock I love her to death she’s very friendly, knows how to talk to & treat a customer. She doesn’t treat u badly like some these other managers look down on u bcuz I go in balled up in clothes bcuz I walk. It’s cold, she’s always taken time to serve us like we are family we need more like her k& store would be awesome. I can’t remember her name but I’m going there shortly I get it. “I visit this store a few times a week and the staff is always so friendly. My only complaint is not being able to use the internet inside it makes it hard to use the app to look over your coupons & to scan when they have their sales. The other DG's I don't have a problem with this. But other than that it's my favorite store.”
“Love this location! It’s so much easier to get in and out of quickly than some of the other locations. They have been fully stocked every time I’ve been there and the employees have always been friendly and helpful.”

“Everybody at the Family Dollar is nice, considerate and extremely helpfull and are always pleasant every time I stop in. What I don't understand is why that gentleman posted pictures of the Mexican restaurant for Family Dollar. He must have been at the bar and had a few too many and didn't know where he was.”
