“Big shoutout to Ronnie Watkin's "Quick Lane" service. I took our Lincoln here for an oil change, tire rotation, and to check on a few of the basics like battery, brakes and alignment. I was greeted by Shawn who was helpful. I had put off coming here for maintenance for some time as the prices weren't clear to me on their website. There's a way to schedule service online, but oddly "Lincoln" isn't a Make on the drop-down menu. I'm assuming if it was, the price would show. Out the door, I paid $72.99 for the oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection. No one tried to sell me on any services I didn't need - pretty fair price for going to the dealer, IMHO. Normally, I go across the street for a 10 minute oil change and pay around the same, but don't get the tire rotation or any of the checks I mentioned. Total side note - I was also super impressed with how clean their restrooms were. Quick Lane is open for service 7:30AM-5:30PM Monday-Friday and 8:00AM-3:00PM on Saturdays - no appointment necessary. While I wasn't sold on the "quick" aspect, I do believe my service was thorough and worth the price.”
“W&J Body Shop has put my car back together for me for years. I have always been pleased with the results. The staff has always been very pleasant and have kept me informed on my cars progress every step of the way. I will definitely take my car back to them if the situation arises.

“New manager Jimmy is very nice and fixed a problem that I had been dealing with for over a year. Brought my car back several times to try to get them to “fix” what they had not fixed properly.
I was very frustrated with Goodyear before Jimmy took over. (I did like Shane.) I never could catch him before he retired. Give Jimmy a chance! He is a stand up guy. I am going to cook them a meal to show my appreciation. So guys at Goodyear I haven’t forgotten about you! lol”

“Couldn't be happier, drove 273 miles to Detroit auto parts to buy only 2 parts I needed for my ranger and end up bringing the whole interior and a bumper. I wanted more parts for the ranger but budget didn't allow it.Dane, the owner was super nice guy, he was very fair with the prices and communication was excellent. If I have to buy parts again, I would definitely do the drive again to get more parts from him.”

Both were knowledgeable and helpful. Store was clean and easy to find some stuff I needed. I will be back here again. Better experience compared to other parts stores.”
