Don’t go here. They sold my husband the wrong battery for his car, and then literally sold him a bad alternator also. Wouldn’t even do the right thing after screwing him over. This AutoZone is horrible

Woman working there was EXTREMELY rude. She said “shame on you” to us for not knowing the exact type engine we had. We have never in our lives been spoken to like that by a stranger. The large black woman that spoke to us evidently has some personal issues that she needs to work out with herself. There is absolutely no reason to be so condescending and rude to customers. Lost a sale and ruined our day. Still cannot believe someone spoke to us like that for no reason. We walked out of the store and put all of our items back and went to Walmart to get them. I pray she gets over her issues and treats other people better than she treated us. Will not ever return to this establishment though.

I've been into many Autozone Auto Parts over the years, but this location has some of the rudest managers that I've experienced. Be sure and take the time and read the 4" x 6" sign as you walk into the store and follow the correct instructions. If you walk up to the counter with a manager at it you will be Rudely be told that you need to go back to the door and read the signs and follow proper instructions and if that wasn't enought another manager told me what the sign said very rudely also. Decided to just leave and go to a different parts store after being embarrassing in front of other custmers of my wrong doing.

Poor customer service .! I requested a side mirror replacement becssue the website said it was in stock. The heavy set man was not helpful to me at all. He said, “We don’t got it.” The older lady was also rude as well. If I could rate my experience a zero, I would!

Worse auto zone in the state. The employees don't help. They rude the girls rude. They LAZY and need to all be fired and reported IMMEDIATELY I am taking further steps to make sure that happen. Whoever own this establishment I advise you to CLEAN HOUSE.

Had trouble installing WS Wiper blades. Went back to store. Cedric found correct blades and kindly installed them for me. Saving an old dad trying help his daughter. He was incredibly kind and very professional. Will always use this and other Autozones.

Slow as ever but otherwise ok. Can’t expect an increase in sales if they are moving like snails… it’s hard to upsell when you keep a person waiting for long periods of time to be assisted. Otherwise it is ok
