“When I was preparing to check out, I witnessed another customer yelling at one of the cashiers. The customer was extremely rude and disrespectful to the cashier. I was impressed by how the cashier handled the situation. She was very respectful and handled the situation very professionally. When I reached the register, I commended her for doing a wonderful job handling the customer. Thank you, Arlesia, for demonstrating exceptional customer service.

This is very uncommon to see this in a lot of Dollar Trees I go into, sadly. “This store is pretty large and is generally kept neat and orderly (when compared to the appearance of other nearby stores of the same name and under the same umbrella company).The staff is always nice, but sometimes seem as though they are stretched a bit thin.I always have an enjoyable shopping experience at this store, though, and look forward to continuing to do so in the future.”

“Was unaware that this specific location stays open til 10pm everyday except Sundays (close at 9pm sunday) but was pleasantly surprised as I was in desperate need of some excedrine & it kept me from having to go all thru a big store (Walmart lol). The workers were kind & quick getting me checked out.”
“This Dollar Tree really amazed me. It was stocked well and one of the neater ones that I've been in. There were actual stockers on the floor while I was there. Each $1 Tree is different. I found some nice little treasures at this one. The cashier was most pleasant. The stock guy, they called on him 2 or 3 times. He knows his store. He either walked straight to it or knew he didn't have it. The line was long and another cashier opened right up.”

“Managed to get in the door to buy a few things before close but I didn't realize it had gone past closing time. The staff could have been friendlier as I stopped briefly to respectfully interact with the staff but no someone was holding the door wide, silent, giving me a death stare.
Is that what "showing someone the door" means because I've seen friendlier door-stops. And I though introductions to a means to enter of exit isn't usually so subtle lol.

“I have been going to this store for the last 5 years. Over the last year I can tell that they have a new manager/ staff. The store is always organized and you never see tons of boxes setting unopened like it was before. GREAT JOB.”
“Today I went into Dollar general market and was more than pleasantly surprised as a person who works retail myself I was moved to tears LITERALLY..firstly to find something like this in my community!! Everything was fronted... pulled up.. clean & crisp I knew where I was going in the store I didn't have to step over stuff.. I had to go back and give the lady at the register a BIG kudos!! The seasonal aisles were clearly defined and clean there was no mixing of clearance and seasonal or things left to sit clearly out of place you could see where the work had been done to make it shoppable I could find everything I needed all the while being in awe of the dedication that the employees have to their jobs. Thank you it was truly a pleasure to shop there today. I've been to three DGs today I love them but this one EATS!!!”
