“Nine years ago I originally gave this business on Greensprings 2 stars and no written review. Since that review, I have shopped this Ollie's location numerous times and have been pleasantly surprised by the improvements of this Ollie's location. This store is a much larger store than the Ollie's near me in Forestdale. I am very pleased with this store. The employees here are pleasant and helpful. I very much appreciate the lower prices and huge selection of merchandise. Raising my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars. I wish I lived closer to this store, I'd be here a couple times a week. Be sure to get what you want when you see it as their merchandise changes since they buy various stores' merchandise when those stores are overstocked or going out of business. I wanted a toaster/air fryer over and kept waiting to get a coupon (Ollie's Army coupon) for 10-15% off. They sold out of the ovens before I got a coupon so I still don't have the oven I wanted...but I keep checking hoping they will get more in. Ollie's prices were $10-20 cheaper than regular retail stores and the same brand names.”

“When I was preparing to check out, I witnessed another customer yelling at one of the cashiers. The customer was extremely rude and disrespectful to the cashier. I was impressed by how the cashier handled the situation. She was very respectful and handled the situation very professionally. When I reached the register, I commended her for doing a wonderful job handling the customer. Thank you, Arlesia, for demonstrating exceptional customer service.
