On May 20, 2026, around 6:53 p.m., we went to Pet Supplies Plus in Homewood to buy an all-animal wound and skin product for one of our dogs who had a place on her little ear. Madison welcomed me to the store and asked if I needed help. She was very nice, professional, and helpful. When I told her what I was looking for, she directed me right to it. Kayla, the manager, also helped me with questions I had about the product. She was very knowledgeable about the products they carry, and she was a really nice, professional manager. Her help gave me confidence in what we were buying. There was also a young man there whose name I did not get, but he smiled and made me feel comfortable. Sometimes in a pet store or any kind of store, I can feel unsure about exactly what we need to buy, but Madison and Kayla gave me great confidence.
Wonderful service. Thank you very, very much. I highly recommend this Pet Supplies Plus.

“Had what I needed. The cashier was very sweet and personable. She took an interest in my cat (based off what I bought). She seemed to enjoy her job. I wish I had gotten her name but she was working at the Grove location in Hoover, AL on 2/23/26 in the afternoon. She has brown long wavy hair. Good customer service can be hard to find these days but she nailed it. I hope you will let her know.”

“I needed a bath today. Did I like it no, but the whole dog market had everything my mom needed to give me a bath. I'm nine, so it's hard for me to jump up in the tub.They had a little step stool, so I could get in the tub.That was about it of my enjoyment. Okay, maybe all the soap stuff smelled good. The scrubby thing that my mom used on my belly was fantastic.But do I like bath day?Absolutely not! If you do NEED a bath day. I recommend going here. It's great for your mom. There's no hair in the bathtub at home. And the blow dryer's awesome.
I give it 5 paws, but it's still bath day yuck.
