“When I couldn't find an available 15-passenger van to rent for our weekend trip to Atlanta, GA Metro came through. I had no idea they have Ford Transit vans for rent. We only had 10 passengers but the 15-passenger van accommodated our needs and luggage too. We used the last row for luggage. The only reason I gave them a 4-star instead of 5 stars is that they don't have unlimited mileage on the rental. They charge per mile after so many miles. So I wouldn't rent from them if I were going further than Atlanta, GA.”

“I’ve always had a great experience with Cowin Equipment Company, Inc.. They are always professional and helpful every time I call or stop by.
One day I needed to rent a skid steer, and from the time I made the call, I had a machine delivered in about 45 minutes. That kind of response time is hard to beat when you’re trying to keep a job moving.
They also consistently have parts in stock for my Takeuchi TL10 V2, which saves me a lot of downtime. Great company, great service — I’ll definitely continue doing business with them.”
“5 Stars for this location. I had originally reserved a truck at the Helena location. I arrived and noticed no trucks in site. Went inside the guy initially ignored me. Then when I told what I was there for he started looking for keys said he couldn't find them. Went outside to drop box to look. His coworker decided to help. Walk to where he initially looked and without moving anything grab some keys and said here they are. They only had a 10' truck. I went to check to be sure the appliance dolly was in back and it wasn't. Went back inside to request it and was told they didn't have one. I cancelled and went to this location. My experience was a night and day difference. Don't know what the guys problem was. Maybe he was just having a bad day.”

If you want premium service, request Tyler. He is thorough on verifying maintenance history, diagnosing underlying issues and resolving complaints. Everyone there was very pleasant and/or helpful, but he stood out as a leader.”
“I ordered moving boxes online and chose this location for pickup. The layout of the office and storage units is a bit confusing at first, but it was still easy enough to find the office without much trouble.
Once inside, Andrea greeted me warmly and asked how she could help. She quickly pulled up my order and gathered the boxes I had purchased. She went above and beyond by helping me carry them out and somehow worked magic getting them to fit into my Chevy Malibu, which was truly no small task. I was so grateful for her patience, creativity, and willingness to help.
While inside, I also picked up some packing labels. One thing to note is that they do not accept tap to pay, so Apple Pay will not work. Be sure to bring a physical card.
Overall, great customer service and a very positive experience thanks to Andrea. Moving is stressful enough, and her kindness made it a little lighter and a lot easier.”

“Great customer service at this location! I rented a truck online and the correct one was ready when I got there. I was checked in quickly by a friendly man at the desk. The truck was a bit battered and dirty, as all uhaul trucks are. I had no problems with the truck and dropped it back off on-time. The gentleman took the key and let me know that I could go, saying that he’d check me back in soon. I was a bit nervous about not getting a receipt but did leave. A few hours later, I checked on the uhaul website, and not only had he checked me in honestly (correct mileage, no damage, etc), he also gave me credit for the extra gas I bought. I was impressed and would happily use the convenient location again.”

“I'm officially a budget rental car fan. I had a reservation with enterprise and got screwed over. I reserved a vehicle and when I showed up I was told they didn't have my vehicle nor could I rent a vehicle with a debit card.
Budget not only found me a vehicle at the last minute they also allowed me to rent my vehicle with a debit card. The rental was also an upgrade to what I was going to rent from enterprise plus it was less expensive! Hats off to Budget rental cars at the Birmingham airport! “Rented a truck here earlier in the year and overall had a good experience. There were a couple hiccups, my reserved truck wasn’t there when I arrived so I had to come back, and even then the size I requested wasn’t available. They gave me a bigger truck at no extra cost, which was a little out of my comfort zone, but the staff was honest, apologetic, and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience.
Right when I started driving off, the weather got really bad. They let me bring the truck back and easily adjusted my rental dates with no fuss. At drop-off there was a little confusion with the keys, but they figured it out quickly.
Even with the mix-ups, the workers were super kind, patient, and really tried to make everything right. I’d rent from here again.”
