“I live out of state and use this apartment complex while I work in Alabama. I lived here from 2018 to 2020 when I left and was reassigned to Alabama in 2023 I came directly back to Royal Oaks for the quiet atmosphere and the cleanliness. Very few children and mostly young and Middle Age adults.
Anytime you have a problem the maintenance crew are on top of it. My neighbors are so cool I really enjoy living here. I have no complaints.”

“I’ve lived here for a while now and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. I feel safe and comfortable every day, which really means a lot to me. The staff and management are always kind and respectful, and they take care of any issues quickly.
The neighbors are friendly and it feels like a real community where people look out for each other. I use the pool, the gym, and walk my dog around the property all the time and I’ve never had any problems or felt unsafe.
