I bought a pair of shoes from this store last week, which seemed to fit fine in store. Wore them once and they hurt my feet really bad. Tried to return them for a refund or store credit and was told by the store manager they would not accept them. The shoes were in like new condition. I promptly deleted the DSW app from my phone and stated that I will never give this company another dollar for such an unfair policy. Don’t shop here! You’re better off ordering shoes from Amazon because at least they take returns.

This store is clean and the sales people are super friendly. You’re always personally greeted when you enter. The sales people are friendly and willing to assist. You’ll enjoy a good shopping experience.

I went in DSW tonight just before they closed. We had 7 minutes according the lady when we walked in. But we knew exactly what we were looking for! At 7:55, one of the ladies yells we are closing in 5 minutes. We were the only ones in the store and already knew that so the yelling was just rude. We walked to the front with both pairs of shoes $147.80 in less than 7 minutes. According the receipt we were done checking out at 7:58pm! I have worked many years in retail and over 30 years in service to others. The level of customer service tonight was disappointing and disrespectful!

I am not very pleased with the store. I think it looks clouded and not very inviting. Too few staff and long waiting registers. Having said all that I think it is my personal view and many people like the store.

Girls at the Hoover location were fun and helpful! I bought 2 pairs of DR Martens, Birkenstock clogs, and Cole Hahn dress shoes for several different reasons. I also purchased several extra pairs so I could let my son try them on at home because he had a funeral out of town for his best buddies family member. We were stressed out and trying to get outfits together and he is NOT a fan of shopping. I explained that I was buying more than I needed and they were very helpful and didn’t frown at me when I returned a couple of pairs that didn’t work. I actually ended up buying more than I expected because they were so helpful that when I asked about a discount on Dr martens they told me to check the website. The price online was significantly lower $169 in store vs. $99 on line. When I asked if they would match the online price they asked the manager for me and I received the discounted price which was a huge help at Christmas time! Fun to shop there as I was there for several hours over a 2 day period buying and returning shoes. Good customer service and very helpful and of course I was shopping near closing time! If they were irritated it wasn’t to my face which was nice with everything we had going on during the holidays. I recommend this location!
