Dusten Brooks (Manager) was very polite and helpful during my initial arrival. The service was quick and services were thoroughly described (No surprises). Carlton Price (Technician) finished the work in an efficient manner. He left the car clean and all damaged/broken parts were properly identified, and new parts were installed correctly. Thanks, I'll be back.

On 12/16 I had my battery replaced and the tech caused the master fuse to blow out. They got the car started but it totally stopped blocks away and I had to have it towed to the Cadillac dealer where it cost me $320.00 for a new fuse. I wrote a letter to Firestone and the store manager called and said they would pay the repair but if it happened again would not be responsible in future. I agreed and he said it would be sent to his district manager. That was over a month ago. I called store last week and talked to the new store manager and he said he was going to see his supervisor within a week and get back to me. He has not

Got $1500 work done to fix an oil leak. Had the same issues within a week so I brought it back in on a Saturday. They called within the hour of dropping it off and said they would have an answer within 30 minutes. I had to call them Tuesday to get an update and was told it would be Wednesday before an answer. I had to call again Thursday morning to learn that the car was ready for pickup with no other issues found. Will never do business with Firestone again. Completely unprofessional.

I had extensive work done on my car but it was in and out in less than 24 hours. My car is performing again like a new vehicle. This gives me the confidence to know that I most likely have a year or more before I have to think about trading in.
