“Helen was great! She helped us with availability, fabric options and selection of the best chair for our parents. Then she gave them plenty of time to sit and discuss their options without feeling any pressure. I think they are going to love their new chairs!”
“Great place with lots of cute furniture, home accessories, nick nacks, snacks, and a pretty good selection of wine sake and beer. The cashier was super sweet! I forgot her name but she had a headband on. Will be back soon!”
“Peyton and Jack were wonderful. Professional and courteous. Delivered my recliner, got it set up for me, and showed me how to use the buttons. I am very pleased with their service and the product. Many thanks”

“I had a great experience shopping for my next Sleep Number mattress in Hoover. The sales team gave me time to shop, answered my questions, and kept finding new ways to help me save money. Very pleased with their help.”
“I've aways been satisfied with my purchases and store employees but there was a not so friendly employee at the register on 7/27/2026. Otherwise very satisfied and will continue to shop there!”
“I want to take a moment to shout out Maura, an incredible employee at Office Depot. Your humility, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. Keep being amazing you’re appreciated more than you know!”
“My review is for curb side pick up. This has always been a flawless service for me. I use the app to let the store know I'm on my way, so I never have to wait long. It's very helpful. The employees are always very nice.”

“The salesman James met me at the door. He was so professional and dedicated to finding me the mattress I was looking for. I was only looking that day and was going to order from the manufacturer but because of James and his courtesy and dedication to finding the right mattress , I bought it from him instead. He was a star employee for you and the reason I bought that day a mattress and adjustable base. Highly recommend him and the beautiful Harvey's store in Hoover!”
