He took the initiative to help me figure out what type of screw/nut I needed for my project, even though he was busy and had other task to do. His help made my visit to Lowe’s much more helpful and enjoyable!”

“I purchased granite countertops from Home Depot & a new kitchen sink. I utilized their service of also removing my old countertops & sink. Upon installation I realized that a portion of my wall had came off with the removal of the old countertops. The installer did the best to patch it, yet it was an eye sore. I emailed Home Depot w/pictures, and I received a response that very day. And within just a few days they had came to a resolution to address the situation, & a decision that me as the consumer was pleased with. It was done in a timely manner & with professionalism. All in all the countertops & sink look great!! Grace with M&M Stone Design, & Chasity & Daphne at Home Depot were ALL very helpful through the process.”

“Home depot was great my husband and I went there and bought a chainsaw. They were very helpful they explained how to take care of it. Reasonable price.i found out they do curb pick up and they do recycle for me I've been buying tools lawn movers drills saws Sanders wrench sets. MY husband has all the tools he need I still go to home depot and buy other thing's from there.for him and myself. Check them out summer isn't over yet for your home improvement they have what you need.”
“I seriously cannot explain how wonderful my experience at The Home Depot Hwy 280 was earlier this week. For the past few weeks my childhood dog has been fighting for his life, and what we all feared would happen reached it's fever pitch on Wednesday; We were advised to put him down as soon as possible. In the midst of freak sadness, I drove to The Home Depot determined to build a doggie casket - or, otherwise seen as, a simple wooden box. Walking through the doors, and back towards the lumber section, I quickly came to realize how little I knew about anything I was here to do. Which wood did I need? What hardware was necessary? Were my dimensions even right? I had no idea, so I just started wandering. Before I could stomach the thought that I should probably give up and just go home - I was approached by Austin S. Austin was incredibly nice and personable right off the bat, and quickly the conversation of my dogs soon-to-be passing came up. He showed me nothing but empathy and understanding. Without a second thought he dropped everything to help me not only finalize my dimensions, pick the best wood for the job, cut the lumber, and pick out hardware - BUT HE TOOK THE LEAD ON HELPING ME ASSEMBLE THE CASKET! It was service like I had truly never seen from an establishment, and I hope Home Depot never loses talent like Austin. To wrap up, he priced all the materials together and walked the fully built casket out to my car for loading. Thank you, Home Depot Hwy 280 - thanks to you my precious pet will be honored exactly the way I had hoped. This will never be forgotten!”
“Super clean, very nice employees. The man behind the paint counter was very helpful I wish I could remember his name!!! Also Richard was sooooo helpful! He gave us tips on our new house that I didn’t even know about! You can tell they truly care about the job and they people and it showed!!!”
“I shop this location frequently and all staff workers are very friendly and helpful. Workers always know where items are if I need help. Some days they have less staff, but that is everywhere nowdays.”
