Rude front desk person. Rude person in another area. Glad we didn't become members! We won't ever! Fantastic job making my wife cry! It takes extremely abrasive personalities to do that. Certainly earned your 1 star. Good thing there's plenty of other fitness options around.

Great facility and staff. I'm a member of the Madison YMCA, but have been going here through nationwide membership. They have been very accommodating every time I visit, which makes my time here enjoyable.
