After a terrible experience at the Sonesta Hotel, they showed real care and attention. 💫 CYNTHIA was warm, professional, patient, and attentive. She needs a raise and/or promotion! 💜 I honestly thought that she was the manager. She was very knowledgeable. Asher was kind and helpful. They made us feel welcomed, heard, and cared for. This hotel and its staff restored our trip, and we’d absolutely stay again. This hotel & its staff are PHENOMENAL‼‼‼ 😍 Walking into the hotel, you smelled the cleanliness! The hotel was spotless with visible upkeep, a clean indoor pool with excellent restrooms to utilize, a fitness room with tv’s and a water dispenser, a bright well-lit parking lot, and thoughtful touches like fresh fruit, coffee, ice water, and snacks. My family really enjoyed breakfast together, it had a variety of food to choose from & the kitchen aid kept the area clean & dishes filled with fresh food. We’d recommend this place without hesitation. A First impression is Everything & Cynthia gave us that & more! Her customer service was 10 out of 10 💯

“Three years ago, I left a 1-star review. Today, I’m changing it to 5. The recent renovation completely transformed the place. The rooms are spotless, tastefully updated with a clean navy palette, and thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds and modern fixtures. It’s rare to see an older motel pull off this kind of turnaround, but they did it right.”

“Check in for 1 night was easy. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are suites with sofa and small kitchenette. Good size for 3-4 people, used and need some new carpet, paint and some refreshing, but I found everything to be clean and no trash under or behind furniture. Smells clean and linens are clean. The pool is on the side of hotel and is also clean. We have not had breakfast.”
