“So as a traveler, long-term traveler, I came into the soap box to wash them clothes. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a very friendly lady named Lacey, who had a wonderful smile and a welcoming Demir.
As I was filling the machine, she was very helpful as getting me situated with my laundry and helping me figure out how to use the machines correctly. She was very attentive, very patient as well as Social, Able, and most of all she was humble towards me.
As a traveler, you’re always looking for laundromats that are clean and you don’t always get one that is very clean. The bathrooms are immaculate. The machines are kept up and washed off. There’s nothing on the floors. It is very well highly maintained.
Lacey was very personable and friendly as I waited to get my laundry done. I enjoyed the conversation with her and I enjoyed the Professionalism. Thank you very much. I hope I come across more laundromats like this but honestly, I’m 63 years old and I have been RV traveling for two years and I’ve never seen a laundromat this clean.”

“University Laundromat did an exceptional job with my requests and my laundry when I dropped it off. They text you when the laundry is ready. They help you load. Excellent customer service! I do tip well, but I feel like any service industry should be compensated for a job well done. I tip 20%. But, 10-20% is acceptable. They are competitive price wise and charge by the pound. For 3 people at 3 weeks of laundry, it was around 120.”

“Hands down one of the best cleaners/alterers I have ever used. Not only do they do an excellent job with cleaning, pressing, and stain removal, but their repairs and hems are incredible. They were able to repair a button on the back of my Burberry trench (which involved deconstructing the coat, fixing the button, and putting the coat back together), and repair a vertical tear along the button line to a Marni button-down without it being noticeable. They have removed old drink/food stains from numerous coats and jackets (easily >5-year-old stains) that we assumed were lost causes. Aside from their excellent services, they have always been incredibly kind and helpful.Service: Alterations”

“I wanted the sleeves to a blouse shortened. The buttons(3 each sleeve) were removed.The sleeves were turned up, twice, the folding was tacked in place. The buttons were sewnon the fold of the cuff. I was not measured by a person who knows how to alter garments(red flag). Spoke with owner, ask me to bring the blouse back, so he or an employee can seethe blouse and decide what to do. The company needs to hire a seamstress who knows how to do alterations. The button holes were covered by the buttons, can’t button cuffs.”

“Courteous and friendly staff. Fast and reasonable prices. Unfortunately, they do a terrible job with shirt collars. When I pointed this out to them they claimed that they avoid collars since their equipment sticks to the collars. I never experienced this before at ANY cleaners!”

“We came in today from out of town and needed to do some laundry and we found this place off the beaten path and it was fabulous! Tina even gave all of our kids popsicles to cool everyone down as it was so hot outside”
“The laundromat was useful for my washable rug. The larger washer accommodated the 9x12 very well, and cost me $10 for the cycle. The dryer, which I set on Medium heat took 2 cycles at $4 per. There are laundry baskets on wheels for use, an ATM, a change machine (only spits out dollar coins), and a detergent/fabric softener dispenser (for additional fee, coins only).
It is a safe, well-lit environment, and while there is steady traffic, it was not noisy. One disappointment was the lack of internet connectivity. I was able to connect, but there was no internet, making it difficult to work while I waited.
Nevertheless, it was such a positive experience, I intend to return with my washable sofa covers.”
“My favorite laundromat to go to. It's always clean and well maintained. The people there are super nice and helpful. And it seems like I never have to wait for a machine to open up. I literally only spend an hour and half there. That's washing, drying, and folding all together. No more long hours like I used to wait at other places!”
“I think you just have to learn the laundry mat, an know which ones work better. $8.50 washer's are great. An best dryer's are by the vendor machine. All the way down 2 the grey one's. An also by the card refill machine”
