“I left the Bessemer store on Academy drive due to being ignored for 20 minutes. I came to this location and was met with Olivia who was right on the job. Excellent customer service from her. The wait was a while but at least they helped me which is more than I can say for the last store. Thank you Hoover Walmart Auto Center and Olivia.”

“I cannot say enough great things about this business. I called about the A/C in my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado not working. I was able to drop my truck off later that same day, and they had it completely repaired and ready for me to pick up the following afternoon! Pricing was very reasonable, and they communicated and worked with my warranty company, and even tried to get the warranty to cover some other things that they noticed on my truck, without me even asking them! They communicated with me very well throughout the process, and provided top notch customer service. I've definitely found my new go-to auto repair shop for all of my vehicles.”
“I had a very pleasant experience, fast service, and fair pricing! They give you a break down of everything that is wrong with your car & group it to what needs immediate attention & what can wait. I really like that the mechanics take pictures of your car so you can see what is wrong when they find another problem that you did not know about/originally address. I definitely will be back. Ashley is really really really great & very sweet. They fixed my Audi when I had no idea what was going on with it, but they investigated into my concerns about my truck & found the source of the problem. Anyone that has a European car should come here. They don’t charge an arm and 2 legs like some places do. I will definitely be coming back ??????”

“I have been looking for a SLK 300 low miles for months. I have spoken to several dealerships around the nation. Everyone of them gave me the run around or had multiple fees that increased the price well beyond the original listing price. Then I found Drivers Way and Austin. They had just taken the vehicle in on trade and Austin sent me detailed pictures and addressed all of my concerns. This place was a absolute pleasure to do business with especially since I was 3 hours away. A fair price for a beautiful car for my sons first. “Absolutely Amazing Service @ this location!!!! ?? ???? The staff here is kind, professional, and SUPER efficient. Sammi, Rod, Logan, Stephanie and Sarah took care of my service (tire rotation) in about 20 mins. They were even more understanding and gracious to complete a tire balance (I forgot to request it ??♀️DOH!) after the initial service. Another 15 mins and I was all set. Comfortable indoor and outdoor waiting areas.
I HIGHLY recommend this Pelham Walmart Auto Care location for your automobile needs. Kudos to staff and management. ?????”

“We purchased an F-250 from Paul Mayes and took delivery in December 2023. The pricing we were given was the exact price we paid with no processing fees or additional charges. We ordered the truck earlier in the year and Paul was upfront about delivery taking a few months from the order date. We were kept abreast of updates on the order status while the truck was being built and shipped.When the truck arrived at the dealership, Paul reviewed all the features and answered any questions we had and the managers wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied with the sales process (which we were).We would not hesitate to make an additional purchase in the future from Long-Lewis and also would recommend them for anyone looking to buy a Ford.”
“Today I went there to get two tire changed. What happened is , my appointment was at 8 AM but I went there at seven 7 AM As I has HVaC guy coming early at my home, thinking they would not be busy and by luck They were not busy at all but the guy Kenneth was the person who was taking care of service, took one and a half hours. I couldn’t reach home in time. The guys has time to smoke but no enough time to complete job in time.”

“Excellent customer service, quick, informative, and made awesome recommendations. If I didn't live as far away I'd only come here. I recommend everyone in the area to visit this location. Lastly they have 3 bays for oil change and a whopping 6 bays for auto mechanics. Plenty of eateries and shopping locations within strolling distance. View the pics. Don't waste your time going anywhere else in the area ??.”
