“This place is so much fun to explore. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful. I needed to replace a broken gold chain with charm, and was headed to a place that would have been much more expensive, when I remember Delta and thought I would just check with them. It turned out they had a nice selection of chains and I was able to easily find a replacement at a very reasonable price, even for gold. The jewelry is beautiful, and they have probably the largest collection of sterling silver jewelry in the city. The store is full of wonderful and nostalgic things. You almost feel as though you're in a museum. It's great fun just to browse.”

Mitch, in particular, was an outstanding salesperson—friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Long story short a gentleman with the name of Derrell was about to close the store and I had just made it in 5 minutes before them closing. “These guys really went out on a limb for me. Yesterday was the last day to pay my pawn before the items would be put out for sale. My friend got there right before they closed and found that he didn't quite have enough, and couldn't get more from the bank. They graciously allowed us to come back today, and one man (I really wish I'd gotten his name, to give him kudos) specifically made sure that my stuff didn't get put on the sales floor. They even waived the late fee that they could have charged us for not paying yesterday. I am so grateful for how much they helped us out when they didn't have to. They could have sold my stuff, they could have charged us massive late fees, and they would have been perfectly within their rights to do so, but they went out of their way to be so kind and helpful. Thank you guys so much.”
