“We traveled from Maryland for the Thanksgiving holiday and needed some work done on our Volvos prior to driving back home. The owner Alex, waited for us to arrive although it was near to their closing time. Once we arrived he was efficient and knowledgeable about our cars. Repaired the Volvos and made sure sufficient air was in our tires in record breaking time. We drove back to Maryland without any issues. Great place with exceptional service! “my tire pressure was low on one tire while i was driving on I-65. i called AAA who botched the whole deal because they gave the wrong cell number to Walter( who works for ideal tow and recovery). although he could never touch base with me he decided to come on his own and try to find me. When he removed the bad tire it was split since i had driven it with the low pressure. walter was an angel who help me get back on the road. He was polite and knowledgeable since i drive a Mercedes station wagon the spare tire was hard to get out because it was under the pop up third seat. You can count on Walter if you call Ideal Towing near exit 158 on I 65. Thanks again Walter”

“I have only used Jim & Jim's Body Shop once at the recommendation of a former co-worker. I went there after calling because my driver side mirror was broken off. Instead of paying lots of money to have it replaced, they simply glued it back on. This didn't last very long unfortunately, but longer than having duct tape on my car. I eventually had to have the whole mirror replaced, but overall I was pleased with the work they did.
I didn't find the business rude by any means. They were a courteous staff, and got to work on my car as quickly as they could. I'm soon to have future body work needed on my car due to a car accident, and I'm considering using Jim & Jim's again because they are close to home, and I had a pleasurable experience during my last visit.”

Nick promptly showed up, offering very professional and friendly service! I would strongly recommend Nick for your towing needs!”
“Driving from Florida, not paying attention to gauge and ran out of gas on the side of I22 around 1am. The gal was out within an hour with a gas can and jumped my car, then followed me to the next gas station to make sure I got there. $75 was surprisingly affordable, paid $90.

“I had originally scheduled my hitch install at the Bessemer UHAUL location more than two months ago. They were TERRIBLE. Long story short, they dropped the ball despite my prepaying close to $500 two months prior to get a hitch installed on my car. Called me as I was on my way to say they hadn't ordered the parts, nor did they schedule anyone to come in and install the hitch. I was LIVID.
I ended up at the Pelham location and the experience was night and day different. The service agents were kind and helpful and squeezed me in for a fast install. They could NOT have been nicer. And the person who installed my hitch took time to explain several things to keep in mind. I don't care where you are, if you need UHAUL services in north Alabama, the PELHAM location is the place you should go! A big thanks to everyone there for talking me off the ledge and doing such a great job on my installation.”
