“Bettie was of such great help today and was extremely nice! I came to look for my truck but it wasn’t there. She said don’t worry I can help you find it. I had very little information and gave it to her and in matter of minutes she found it! She needs to get a raise and a promotion. If I could give more stars I would because of the professionalism she gave me.”

Very pleasant and enjoyable man, made me laugh a few times!, obviously a very good human. He's a fabulous representative of this company. Added this company to my contacts for future towing work.”

“Greatest experience today with Premier! I was stranded in my dad 66 Chevelle SS. Completely lost power going down a very dangerous section of Hwy 11 in Pelham. He was unbelievable and knowledgeable! Got me and my irreplaceable car home and even got it running enough to tuck it safely away in the garage until I can get it in to be seen about!!! Thank you so much Premier Auto Towing for rescuing me!”

“my tire pressure was low on one tire while i was driving on I-65. i called AAA who botched the whole deal because they gave the wrong cell number to Walter( who works for ideal tow and recovery). although he could never touch base with me he decided to come on his own and try to find me. When he removed the bad tire it was split since i had driven it with the low pressure. walter was an angel who help me get back on the road. He was polite and knowledgeable since i drive a Mercedes station wagon the spare tire was hard to get out because it was under the pop up third seat. You can count on Walter if you call Ideal Towing near exit 158 on I 65. Thanks again Walter”

“I have only used Jim & Jim's Body Shop once at the recommendation of a former co-worker. I went there after calling because my driver side mirror was broken off. Instead of paying lots of money to have it replaced, they simply glued it back on. This didn't last very long unfortunately, but longer than having duct tape on my car. I eventually had to have the whole mirror replaced, but overall I was pleased with the work they did. I didn't find the business rude by any means. They were a courteous staff, and got to work on my car as quickly as they could. I'm soon to have future body work needed on my car due to a car accident, and I'm considering using Jim & Jim's again because they are close to home, and I had a pleasurable experience during my last visit.”

“Driving from Florida, not paying attention to gauge and ran out of gas on the side of I22 around 1am. The gal was out within an hour with a gas can and jumped my car, then followed me to the next gas station to make sure I got there. $75 was surprisingly affordable, paid $90. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF NEED 24HR SERVICE”

“Was in need of their service this morning. Spoke to a young lady by the name of Sheena. Very well spoken, polite, and most of all, honest. We scheduled their service, only to discover all of their equipment was tied up on an accident. Sheena reached back out to me to let me know it was going to be another 3-4 hrs. Possibly longer. I was in a bind. Not only did she not leave me hanging and waiting, Sheena took it upon herself to give me another towing company #. Absolutely 100% appreciative. Thought that was the last I would hear from her. Nope, I was wrong. She called me later in the day to follow up to see if I got everything taken care of. I use wrecker services every day of the week. Sometimes 4-5 times a day in different locations and I have never experienced an individual reach out to me several times to make sure that I was taken care of. NEVER. They either lie to you about arrival time or if they tell u that they can’t help, that’s the last u hear from them. But it’s different at Weils Towing. Honest, caring and will stay on top to make sure your needs are met. I will always use Weils when I’m in the area and no one else. Thank you Sheena for you help. You made a lasting great impression for Weils Towing. You’re the best and should be highly rewarded for your professionalism!!! Thanks again Jack Gable”

“Called and said I needed a wrecker. The lady on the phone was super nice and she sent someone right away. The guy Ben was there within 25 minutes and he is.a cool white guy. Color don't mean nothing but down south it means a lil. He is very professional at what he does and he treat the equipment like its his. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“These guys helped me get a seized lug key off my car that no one else would. I tried everything. I was getting hopeless and called at least 12 different shops after I spent a whole day trying every tool available at any store and was ready to cut it with a torch kit. Nothing worked. But they got it done in like 5min haha incredible.”

“I had originally scheduled my hitch install at the Bessemer UHAUL location more than two months ago. They were TERRIBLE. Long story short, they dropped the ball despite my prepaying close to $500 two months prior to get a hitch installed on my car. Called me as I was on my way to say they hadn't ordered the parts, nor did they schedule anyone to come in and install the hitch. I was LIVID. I ended up at the Pelham location and the experience was night and day different. The service agents were kind and helpful and squeezed me in for a fast install. They could NOT have been nicer. And the person who installed my hitch took time to explain several things to keep in mind. I don't care where you are, if you need UHAUL services in north Alabama, the PELHAM location is the place you should go! A big thanks to everyone there for talking me off the ledge and doing such a great job on my installation.”
