My second family. I love the ladies I work with. Ulta is a great company but sometimes its managers give great companies a bad taste in your mouth. Overall a great place for all of your skin body fragrance needs. If ever you need a makeover or want to be matched ask for Jessica!

I may be spelling her name wrong. However, Kiari was so nice and patient with me as I told her I am figuring out my scent. It can be frustrating trying to find a signature fragrance especially when you do not know much about it. Kiari gave me recommendations and gave excellent customer service. She was the best!

I wanna start this review by saying that Kelly, (not sure if the spelling is right, sorry) the Estee Lauder rep, is amazing at her job. she was the only person in the store that looked ready to help, was so polite to me, and found me the perfect shade match in a brand she wasn't familiar with. love her! i would have tipped her if I had cash.
The reason for the two stars is that everyone else in that store (except for my cashier, don't remember her name unfortunately) was extremely rude and in a hurry for seemingly no reason. when i approached Kelly for help with a shade match, she asked an Ulta employee about one of the brands I requested. the other worker just said "there's no testers for that" without even looking up. She was trying concealers on her own face. I think she either also wasn't familiar with the product or wanted to discourage me from using it, because I had just been at that section and every foundation they carried had testers. But, that didn't matter, because Kelly was determined to help me regardless of the other woman's attitude. After the phenomenal customer service from Kelly, my mother and I walked around the store to browse other things. We wanted to look at the Juvia's Place palettes as we had heard great things about their shadows, and there was another employee kind of standing in the way doing something else and wouldn't even acknowledge us or make room for us to get by. While we were looking at the palettes, another lady who worked there came up and just said "excuse me", brushed passed us and put herself in front of where we were looking so she could grab a lipstick or something. Guess her getting that was more important than us making our own decision. She literally blocked us from what we were trying to look at so she could grab something, her behind was basically in our face. So at that point, we decided to just take the foundations and check out. We didn't need the palette badly enough to tolerate such a rude action from that lady. I wouldn't come back to this location as I have had similar experiences before, just never this bad.
If you can catch Kelly working, she has a better attitude than 95% of the regular Ulta staff. Go to her with questions!!! she's great

Was working on a display case. I'm an electrician. Did not shop, but I have never seen so much makeup in my life. Let me say women sometimes less is more. Be beautiful with a touch of makeup, not because of it.

I hate this location with a passion. I've been a diamond members for years at Ulta. My experience here put a bad taste in my mouth regarding Ulta. I stopped here just before heading to Atlanta. I live in Texas. I was looking for Biore nose strips. A girl approached me and asked me if I need help. She helped me but gave me this look as if she thought I was up to something. I didn't appreciate it! I am a good person with a clean record. I am an Israelite (Princess of Zion) of The Most High. I keep all of The Most High laws and commandments which includes obeying the laws of the earth! I live to please him. Therefore,I do not steal! I guess many employees are stealing because people tend to think you're the way they are. Idk. IDC but they pinpointed me wrong. Also,I own businesses and have a very growing YouTube channel and I have no reason to steal! I have funds! I would assume that people who steal the most cannot afford the products. I am blessed to afford what I desire. Also,I told them I was aware of what they were doing! I said,"if I were a thief I would steal electronics not beauty products!" I was followed around excessively. Many employees asked if I needed help only to watch me. I purposely walked to the back of the store just to see if they would follow and THEY DID!! Esau (so called whites) followed,watched, and whispered as if I were a thief. Also Jacob(so called blacks) were watching and approaching me as well. I am offended and I felt uncomfortable. They are watching the wrong people while thieves are probably getting away. I don't appreciate what happened at ALL! You give people the benefit of the doubt. Unless you see something or someone is acting suspicious you do not assume and label/stereotype someone based on your own assumptions. It's not right! It didn't make me feel good after I left. The Most High gave me strength. I confronted them at the register and told them I knew what they were doing. I will be calling corporate. Those employees need to be replaced. I hated how they did me and vengeance belongs to The Most High. They are wrong. They will be dwelt with. Also,the manager mentioned talking to them and she acted like she was unaware but she wasn't! Those blondes need to be replaced the most. However,they all are the same. I would suggest to anyone reading (especially,my people) that if you want a comfortable experience that you should visit another location. Driving a distance is worth your piece of mind and comfort.
Owner/manager do not come to this post being apologetic and sympathetic. There are others complaining and still ...NO CHANGE! Keep your dishonest remarks and direct that energy towards getting your horrible employees in line.

They have make-up, perfume and accessories. If you need make-up, this seems like a good place to start. Sales people seem either kind and helpful or not so much of either one. There's no place to sit and chill, so if you are there for someone else to shop while you wait, you best stay in the car.

I love the store and the many great products. The customer service as far as getting you totaled up and out the door process is Too Slow. Ulta needs to do better with getting the line down and stop leaving one employee to ring up everyone, that's draining and very slow. This is just about every location in Jefferson County Alabama.
