“Although this is one of the smaller Publix's I've been too, I always find what I need. The service is exceptional and I'll tell you why. I went to the bakery looking for their baklava that they recently released. I asked an older gentlemen that was there, salt and pepper hair (didn't catch a glimpse of his name tag) and he asked his fellow teammates for me as he was not familiar with the pastry. He searched for me in the back and nothing. I was totally sad but whatever. After I had finished my groceries and was paying at the cash register, he shows up right next to me and says you were the one looking for the baklava right? I was overjoyed! He really went to go find me. Now that's going above and beyond!”
