“Pros: Only a few years old so the store itself is kept fairly clean with a lot of staff. Cons: Floors are not properly cleaned so you WILL build up static electricity that will shock you constantly. We once asked an employee if they were being shocked as well, and he said yes, everyone know. Very strange. The buggies are not cleaned when brought in from outside. Employees smoke in the front. Conclusion, hey it's Walmart. Better than most.”

“This clothing store is one of my favorites. The clothing items and made with good quality and you can't beat the good prices. The sales change change quite often, so if you missed one good sale there's for sure going to be another one soon. My favorite thing about their store is that they offer good quality/fashionable plus size options. I highly recommend this store!”

“This store is pretty large and is generally kept neat and orderly (when compared to the appearance of other nearby stores of the same name and under the same umbrella company).The staff is always nice, but sometimes seem as though they are stretched a bit thin.I always have an enjoyable shopping experience at this store, though, and look forward to continuing to do so in the future.”

“From the time I walked into this Super Target store, Desiree, a cashier exemplified EXCELLENT customer service to me. (At 1pm on Sunday, 4 or 5 cashiers had 0 customers.) Seeing I needed help, Desiree directed me to the juicers, looked for the Breville, took it off the shelf. She was very patient with me. As a senior citizen needing directions often when in a megastore, I am so grateful to DESIREE for giving me the royal treatment at HOOVER TARGET, on GROVE BLVD.”
“The staff was very helpful, polite, and professional. They knew the layout of the store very well. During checkout, I mention somethings I didn't find. Immediately, the two ladies told me exactly which isle I could go quickly to get the items as i was being checkout without holding up the line.. It was very early Sunday morning, the staff was energetic, focused on helping customers and easy to communicate with about different products. I had a very good experience while shopping at this location. Another plus is that this store is so close to where I live. This makes it so easy for me to really take my time to get exactly what my students will enjoy while learning. I love the low prices and the assortment of products. I have shopped both online and other stores. Dollar Tree in my opinion has the best prices if you are buying for 25 elementary students. I love it.”
“Went to the family dollar in Bessemer they have a lot of good deals on prices first time going in there and I loved it friendly people it's a nice place to shop for house hole product's everything is right in your face. I would go back. Parking wasn't a problem.”

“We were stranded in the parking lot in our RV that was having mechanical issues. Went in and told the manager, he was super kind to us, even brought out a ladder to look at the difficulty we were having. HE could see the broken part. We now have a repair man coming to get us back on the road soon.”
